So, what is Relational Leadership?
Relational leadership is based on the premise that building strong relationships is the most rewarding path to professional success and a fulfilling life.
Success without fulfillment is attainable, but who truly wants that?
Far too often, we celebrate the leaders who are willing to sacrifice their health, relationships and general wellbeing in the pursuit of professional achievement.
Our mission is to establish a new paradigm personal growth and business success that is centered on the quality of our relationships.
If we aim to create true harmony in our important relationships, we will master the most important inter-personal skills and become the best version of ourselves in the process.
So, how does it work?
Relational Leaders take full responsibility for the quality of their relationships. That could be a coworker, investor, spouse, or family member. They reject the victim mindset of blaming others for their circumstances.
They learn to view everyone as allies in their journey toward self-actualization.
They recognize that nurturing healthy relationships is a force multiplier for their personal growth and external influence.
They also embrace their authenticity as an act of service to others. They understand that authenticity with positive intent is one of the most effective tools to foster genuine connections and trust.
To help Relational Leaders to develop their skills, we focus on mastering three core skills that we call “The 3 C’s”
Confidence
Confidence is the feeling of believing and liking ourselves. We achieve this state by living with personal integrity and honoring our agreements. We start by guiding people from reactivity to internal-peace and self-respect. From this place, we feel good in our bodies and naturally earn the respect of others naturally.
Major skills include;
Emotional mastery
Personal integrity
Core values
Transforming limiting beliefs/stories
Communication
Words are our primary tool for creating connection. We help leaders to master the skill of clear, concise and constructive communication when it matters most. We show people how their authenticity can be the most effective pathway to cultivate influence and inspire others to action.
Major skills include;
Social Flow - Intentionality, Curiosity, Authenticity and Presence
Sharing objectively and avoiding judgement (non-violent communication)
Conflict resolution
Pitching presenting and sales
The art of appreciation
Culture of connection
This is all about building the habit of meaningful connection in our lives and places of work. As Stephen Covey says, “we are not what we do, we are what we do consistently. We help Relational Leaders to understand the practices, rituals and techniques that engineer the types of conversations and interactions we want to see consistently.
Major skills include;
Setting boundaries, agreements and expectations
Systemizing tools and techniques for effective communication
How to gather people effectively (events, meetings and social gatherings)
Games and activities to foster connection
